Your MissionWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to grow our customer base and social media presence , especially in countries with strong NRI communities like the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia .
Your goal is simple but powerful:
→ Drive traffic. Grow followers. Convert visitors into loyal customers.
What You’ll Do- Create and execute marketing strategies to target NRIs globally and customers in India.
- Grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and others – organically and via ads
- Set up email marketing flows (welcome, festivals, abandoned cart, etc.)
- Run Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on traffic and conversions
- Research country-specific trends (festivals, gifting seasons) and build campaigns around them
- Collaborate on content (reels, posts, influencer shoutouts, festival tips, etc.)
- Track and report weekly on KPIs: traffic, sales, followers, and conversion rates
- Increase in website visitors (weekly/monthly targets)
- Growth in Instagram & Facebook followers
- Conversions: New customers + repeat purchases
- Email open rates and campaign engagement
- Country-specific traction (e.g. Diwali traffic from the US, Rakhi from UAE)
- Understand Indian diaspora culture, values & shopping behavior
- Have experience in digital marketing (social, email, ads, SEO, influencer outreach)
- Are results-driven – you think in metrics, not just ideas
- Enjoy working independently and owning your impact
- Have worked with startups, small teams, or D2C e-commerce brands
- ₹8,000/month (Part-Time)
