Job Summary:The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal role in leading financial planning and analysis for multiple business units. As a key strategic partner, you will drive insights and enable data-informed decisions.Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with finance leaders to assess risks, identify opportunities, and align financial goals.Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, drive rolling forecasts and scenario planning to adapt to dynamic market conditions, perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and forecasts.Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage advanced analytics and financial modeling to evaluate operational and commercial performance, use predictive tools to anticipate trends and guide proactive decision-making.Process Optimization: Champion automation and dashboarding tools to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort, continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Ad Hoc Support: Deliver financial insights to support leadership decisions, business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives, assist leadership with quick-turn analyses, data requests, and executive-ready materials as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:This position requires advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Workday, Adaptive Insights, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau. Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting and scenario modeling tools is also essential. Key qualifications include a CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA or MBA in Finance/M.Com, 12+ years of experience in FP&A, with experience in outsourcing or professional services being a plus.Core Competencies:Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving are required for success in this role.
