The Senior Fincancial Controller will be a strategic finance leader within the Technology and Operations Delivery (TxOD) division, based in India and reporting to the CFO/Head of Finance for TxOD. This role will serve as a senior business partner to the TxOD leadership team, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and commercial guidance to drive business performance and enable informed decision-making across the division.The Senior Financial Controller will lead the finance function for TxOD in India, managing a team of finance professionals and establishing the region as a centre of excellence for financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They will be responsible for developing robust financial strategies that support the division's growth objectives while ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency.As a key member of the TxOD finance leadership team, the Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance management, and influencing critical business decisions.
