Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil & interior finishing work, including carpentry, painting, flooring, and fixture installation.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to streamline interior finishing processes.
Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor and manage construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Oversee the coordination of contractors, labor, and materials.
Ensure quality control, testing, and commissioning of Interior and civil works.
Develop vendor pool for each work
Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit detailed site reports, documentation, and test records.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing both Interior and civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of Civil and interior construction techniques, interior design, and project management.
• Established network of reliable vendors and suppliers for Interior and civil works.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications or professional affiliations.
• Previous experience working on similar projects in Gwalior or surrounding areas.
