This role involves closely working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across assortment, pricing, and execution.Performance Ownership: Co-own category performance with the team—across revenue, conversion, and stock health.Pricing Strategies: Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize competitiveness and margin performance.Conversion & Growth Execution: Own conversion rate improvement across assigned categories through funnel analysis and growth experimentation.Data Insights: Track daily/weekly category metrics (Revenue, Conversion, Sell-through, Stock aging).Key Qualifications & Experience: 4+ years' experience in e-commerce, revenue management, or category management, ideally within retail tech. Strong analytical mindset—proficient with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Deep understanding of pricing dynamics, margin structures, and digital merchandising.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
