You'll lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks, ensuring our AI-driven solutions are robust, scalable, and delightful for millions of users worldwide.What You'll DoLead Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for our Conversational AI platform, covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.Build Automation Frameworks: Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks beyond Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, Appium or RestAssured.Ai-Specific Testing: Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows, ensuring our virtual assistants perform flawlessly under real-world conditions.Innovation: Collaborate with our innovation lab to redefine Quality assurance in the new world.End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives, from crafting detailed test plans to executing them across CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions).As an experienced SDET, you'll bring a deep understanding of software testing principles and practices. You'll have expertise in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation, with hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, or equivalents.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI-driven solutions meet the highest quality standards.
