Principal Associate

Job description:Key Responsibilities:1.Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities (MCA, ROC, SEBI, etc.)2.Draft board resolutions, notices, agendas, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings3.Support in organizing Board, General, and Committee meetings in compliance with the Companies Act, 20134.Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely updates5.Help ensure compliance with corporate laws, secretarial standards, and internal policies6.Assist in the preparation of annual reports and disclosures7.Liaise with regulatory bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders as required8.Support in handling ROC, RBI, and other regulatory filings and inspections9.Conduct legal and compliance research as required by the managementRequirements:1.Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) – recent graduates or candidates awaiting membership are welcome6-8 years of post-qualification experience; prior internship or training with a reputed firm/company is a plus3.Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations4.Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills5.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information6.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusLanguage:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Willingness to travel: In a month for a week for the designated city75% (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Company Secretary: 6 years (Required)Location:Bangalore City, Karnataka (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Required)Work Location: In person
