Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Administrator to join our team. As a Workday HCM Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration and support of our RGP Workday system, including requirements elicitation, solution design, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.Main Responsibilities:Leverage your technical expertise to administer, maintain, and configure HR systems for our organization.Collaborate with business partners to capture and document requirements for Workday enhancements and fixes.Knowledge of Human Resources processes and data throughout the employee lifecycle is essential.Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with others.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, developing, and supporting Human Resources systems.At least 2 years of experience as a Workday system administrator responsible for configuration, testing, and support of Workday.Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and EIBs is a must.
