Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Workday expert to lead our techno-functional team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing Workday integrations, release management, and tenant configuration. Key Responsibilities Manage Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll Interfaces, Talent/Performance, and Advanced Compensation.Leverage your expertise in ITIL frameworks, L2/L3 application support processes, and incident management to drive business outcomes.Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Lead high-performing teams and develop strategies for growth and development.Possess a strong understanding of Workday certification(s) and their benefits. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Workday HCMProven expertise in at least 2-3 Workday modulesStrong understanding of ITIL frameworks and L2/L3 application support processesExperience managing Workday integrations, release management, and tenant configurationExcellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsWorkday certification(s) preferred Benefits Opportunity to work on complex Workday projectsChance to develop leadership skills and manage high-performing teamsProfessional growth and development opportunities About the Role This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of Workday HCM and its applications.
