Financial Management PositionThis role focuses on overseeing key financial processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management. Main Responsibilities:Process customer invoices using accounting software, track incoming payments, reconcile customer accounts, and maintain accurate ledgers.Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, verify bills and supporting documents, and update AP records regularly.Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits, assist in responding to auditor queries, ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.Support the preparation and filing of GST returns, assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing, and maintain updated records of statutory compliances.Record daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports as needed, support month-end and year-end closure activities.Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications like CA/CMA are also desirable. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting is required. Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books is essential. Additionally, a good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles is necessary. The ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, strong attention to detail, and numerical accuracy are essential skills for this role.A good communicator with excellent documentation skills is preferred.
