This leader will own supply strategy, onboarding, retention, and revenue optimization while growing our network of astrologers and spiritual service providers.If you thrive in fast-paced B2C startups, are passionate about building teams and processes at scale, and are eager to transform India's astrology space, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities :Supply Growth & Strategy:Build a robust supply ecosystem of astrologers and spiritual experts.Define supply-side strategies to match user demand, pricing, and engagement goals.Lead data-backed decision-making for scaling supply effectively.Execution & Operations:Own end-to-end onboarding, training, and quality control for astrologers.Implement churn management and retention strategies, ensuring a high-quality supply pool.Streamline supply operations with scalable processes and technology interventions.Leadership & People Management:Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply operations team.Drive execution excellence while building a strong operational foundation.Business Growth & Partnerships:Explore and execute B2B tie-ups to strengthen supply partnerships.Design loyalty programs, incentives, and additional offerings to increase astrologer engagement.Market Insights & P&L Ownership:Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market dynamics.Take full ownership of P&L for supply operations and achieve profitability goals.RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. 5+ years of experience in fast-paced B2C startups. Prior leadership in supply ops, Creator Ops, or Community management. Experience in managing large teams and budgets. Exposure to tech-driven businesses at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy. Strong analytical thinking and first-principle problem-solving. Proven expertise in supply-demand operations and team leadership. Fast execution mindset with strong process orientation.
