Role: Salesforce Developer- ContractLocation: Remote(Two days in a week at any of our offices at Pune/Blr/Mumbai)Exp: 1-8 yearsTime zone: US Shift (4pm-1:30am IST)Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable to a yearJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce customizations. The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsConfigure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processesHandle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middlewareWork with stakeholders to gather and translate requirementsEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standardsManage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD toolsStay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvementsRequired Skills:2–5 years in Salesforce developmentStrong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSSSolid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rulesExperience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus)Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.)Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Dev II preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
