Role: Salesforce Developer- Contract Location: Remote(Two days in a week at any of our offices at Pune/Blr/Mumbai) Exp: 1-8 years Time zone: US Shift (4pm-1:30am IST) Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable to a year Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce customizations. The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes Handle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middleware Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standards Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements Required Skills: 2–5 years in Salesforce development Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus) Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Dev II preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
