Role Overview

We are looking for Product Designers with exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and an eye for detail. This role goes beyond sketching furniture—it requires visionaries who can take ideas from concept to reality by collaborating closely with artisans, workshops, and manufacturers in India.

You will play a key role in designing, prototyping, and developing high-end furniture collections that match the standards of Italian and European luxury brands, while also innovating with local techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design high-end furniture pieces with strong international aesthetics.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, 3D renders, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with local craftspeople, carpenters, and fabricators to bring designs to life.
  • Research materials, finishes, and processes that align with global luxury standards.
  • Ensure quality control at every stage—from design to production to final finish.
  • Keep up with global design trends and adapt them to the Indian context.
  • Create presentation boards and design documentation to showcase product lines.
  • Work closely with the founder and project teams to align designs with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design / Furniture Design / Industrial Design (National Institute of Design, CEPT, or international design schools preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in luxury furniture design (international or Indian market).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing luxury, bespoke, or contemporary furniture work.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar 3D design software.
  • Deep understanding of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and production methods.
  • Ability to work hands-on with artisans and adapt designs to workshop capabilities.
  • Passion for merging international aesthetics with Indian craftsmanship.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Should have knowledge on working with brass, veneer, marble and leather
