What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design for web and mobile applications
  • Solid understanding of design processes, research methodologies, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Protopie
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends in product design
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and interfaces
  • Conduct user research and usability tests, leveraging insights to drive design improvements
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs
  • Contribute as an active member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with designers, project managers, and developers
  • Ensure a consistent and integrated brand perception and user experience across all designs


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of industry experience
  • Available to work from our Mohali office
  • Professional experience in UX for web and mobile applications
  • Deep understanding of design processes and research methodologies
  • Well organized, responsible, and able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
