What We Are Looking For
1+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design for web and mobile applications
Solid understanding of design processes, research methodologies, and industry best practices
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Protopie
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends in product design
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and interfaces
Conduct user research and usability tests, leveraging insights to drive design improvements
Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs
Contribute as an active member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with designers, project managers, and developers
Ensure a consistent and integrated brand perception and user experience across all designs
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of industry experience
Available to work from our Mohali office
Professional experience in UX for web and mobile applications
Deep understanding of design processes and research methodologies
Well organized, responsible, and able to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
