The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (junior to senior level).- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes.- Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation support for selected candidates.- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and reports.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.Required Skills & Experience- 5 to 7 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).- Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Full Stack, etc.- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.Eligibility- Must be available to join on Monday, 1st December.- Must be willing to work from the office in Kerala.- Candidates currently in Kerala or available for immediate relocation preferred.
