Job Title: IT Recruiter (Contract) - Six Months Location: Kerala – Work From Office, Kochi Contract Duration: Immediate – Join on Monday, 1st December Salary: ₹35,000 per month Work Mode: On-site (WFO) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter (Contract) to join our team and support fast-paced hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (junior to senior level). Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes. Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation support for selected candidates. Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and reports. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs. Required Skills & Experience 5 to 7 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate). Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Full Stack, etc. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Eligibility Must be available to join on Monday, 1st December . Must be willing to work from the office in Kerala. Candidates currently in Kerala or available for immediate relocation preferred.
