Site Reliability EngineerWe're seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to spearhead innovation and shape the early architecture of our system.This role is ideal for individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity where their decisions will significantly impact the product's success.As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the reliability and performance of our production systems.You will own all aspects of incident response, collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to facilitate deployments, and design, implement, and maintain scalable systems to meet uptime SLAs.Key responsibilities include building a Site Reliability program from scratch, owning incident response, facilitating automated deployments, designing scalable systems, developing platform orchestration, taking ownership of platform observability, and leading the development of new tools to foster automation, reliability, and scalability.Essential qualifications include 5-8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles in high volume environments, proficiency in AWS cloud services, strong experience with Linux systems, containerization, and networking fundamentals, deep knowledge of observability, logging, tracing, and metrics systems, proficiency in Python or Bash, and CI/CD experience.Preferred qualifications include experience working at startups and/or fintech companies, familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js, and familiarity with Kafka, Redis, EKS, and RDS.
