As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for developing solutions on top of Sitecore CMS and guiding fellow developers on best integration practices with Sitecore.Developing Sitecore components and solutions using C# .NET, Sitecore 10.x.x, JSS, Docker & Kubernetes (AWS)Guiding frontend developers on best practices of Sitecore implementationConsulting content managers on best practices of using SitecoreMentoring and coaching junior developers on Sitecore developmentSupporting the developer community by giving talks on company's internal meetups, advocating for best practices in development, developing people through coaching, mentoring, and management support, assisting recruitment teams in finding right people, and doing whatever it takes to help implement right solutions to deliver value to customers around the globeMonitoring production workloads (currently, we use Datadog).Requirements:Strong proficiency in C# .NETKnowledge of Sitecore core concepts and its extensibility pointsExperience building RESTful APIsExperience with Helix architectureExperience with any Cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure/…)Familiarity with modern CI/CD, code versioning, and QA tools and processesTo excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of Sitecore architecture and be able to guide others on best practices. You should also have experience working with cloud platforms and modern development tools.
