Job Title: Process Excellence LeadDescriptionThis is a leadership role where you will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business processes, enhance quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:Lead process improvement initiatives to drive quality, cost savings, efficiency and customer satisfaction.Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Design Thinking to identify root causes, eliminate waste and standardize best practices.Partner with senior leadership to understand business strategy and translate it into process improvement opportunities.Develop short-term and long-term strategies that support organizational growth, innovation and operational resilience.Mentor and coach team members on improvement projects and change management techniques.RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. Relevant experience in process improvement, operational excellence or business transformation is essential.Skills and QualificationsProven experience leading enterprise-level process improvement initiatives with measurable results.Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital process transformation.Strong training and coaching skills.Leadership and communication skills.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field is required. Relevant experience in process improvement, operational excellence or business transformation is also necessary. We are looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively and has strong leadership skills.
