Technical Leadership RoleThis senior position combines administration and technical leadership for Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system integrity, optimizing consolidation and planning processes, managing integrations with Datawarehouse and ERP's, and driving automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.Key Responsibilities:Configuration Management: Configure Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes to meet business requirements.Integration Management: Manage Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW to ensure seamless data flow.System Design: Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions to support business needs.Data Management: Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triage and resolve load exceptions to ensure accurate data reporting.Reporting and Dashboards: Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies to provide actionable insights.User Enablement: Develop & Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards to enhance user experience.Security and Governance: Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive to ensure regulatory adherence.Collaboration: Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs to facilitate smooth collaboration.Forecasting and Planning: Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow to ensure timely delivery.Tie-outs and Mapping: Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences to ensure accuracy.Process Documentation: Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours to ensure knowledge transfer.Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support to ensure user confidence.FCCS Responsibilities:Metadata Management: Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules to ensure data accuracy.Close Cycles: Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances to ensure timely completion.Data Management Workflows: Configure Data Management workflows and mappings to streamline data processing.Statutory Reporting: Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting to meet regulatory requirements.Automation: Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs to increase efficiency.Technical Competencies:Adaptive Configuration: Advanced Data Agent configuration and secure data pipelines to ensure data integrity.Data Management: Advanced Data Management setup and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.Performance Tuning: Performance tuning for FCCS and Adaptive models to optimize system performance.
