Job OverviewAs a Senior Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our AI-powered solutions by leading the implementation process from start to finish.Lead the development and execution of standardized transformation playbooks to ensure seamless delivery of AI solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Value Enablement, to turn every customer implementation into a success story.Partner with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Developers to ensure that technical workflows are efficient and effective.ResponsibilitiesDelivery Excellence and Workflow Ownership: Develop and maintain structured, measurable implementation processes to deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes for every customer.Productization of Delivery Workflows: Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to transform manual or human-in-the-loop activities into productized features and automation tools.Customer Implementation Leadership: Serve as the operational bridge between customer goals and technical execution.People and Process Leadership: Build, coach, and manage a team of Implementation Managers capable of handling concurrent enterprise projects.Metrics, Reporting, and Governance: Track and report delivery health across all accounts using structured dashboards.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer commitments.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:5+ years of technical project management experience, ideally in AI, data, or software development projects.Proven ability to run delivery projects with remote teams and distributed stakeholders.Familiarity with cloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows.Experience working in agile or semi-agile environments.CompetenciesExecution Leadership: Drives teams toward excellence under pressure while maintaining clarity and calm.System Thinking: Builds scalable workflows that connect technical delivery with productized value.Operational Rigor: Obsessed with timelines, structure, and measurable success.Communication Mastery: Translates between technical and business stakeholders with precision and empathy.Problem Solving: Anticipates issues, diagnoses root causes quickly, and implements sustainable fixes.Ownership Mindset: Treats delivery outcomes as core to Sutra's reputation and customer impact.
