You will collaborate with other team members globally, reporting to the Manager of the Enterprise Support team. Your key responsibilities include:Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve complex technical issues across multiple Atlassian products.Communication: Communicate technical details and progress updates to customers at an executive level, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.Customer Champion: Advocate for customer needs, providing solutions and coaching colleagues on how to perform technical interviews.To succeed in this role, you must possess:8+ years of experience in Java support, software services, and system administration for large end-user communities.Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, OS X, Windows).Subject matter expertise in multiple Atlassian products, including knowledge opportunities and the ability to multiply knowledge within the team.We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving process improvements.
