Kapiva is recruiting a Talent Acquisition with 2+ years core experience in Talent acquisition, campus recruitment.The primary scope of this role would be to connect high quality talent to opportunities at Kapiva fueling business growth and building a talent dense organization. The person will be responsible for institutionalizing strong hiring processes and own end to end hiring solutions.Location: BangaloreJob responsibilities include: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and fill the roleLead end to end hiring funnel including sourcing, screening, selection and offer negotiationShape positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processStay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovation in talent acquisition spaceHave a strong pulse of the talent market, talent availability, competitors etc in Consumer Retail spaceWhat we are looking for: 2 + years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup environmentMaster degree in Communication / HR / Business administration, or related field is a plusSelf driven. Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent in a competitive marketStrong understanding of recruitment methods, recruitment tools and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)About Kapiva: Kapiva is a modern ayurvedic nutrition brand focused on bringing selectively sourced, natural foods to Indian consumers.
