Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Education & Professional BackgroundBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy & Power Engineering, or related fields preferred.2. Management & LeadershipProven experience in team management, talent development, and performance enhancement.Ability to coordinate resources between headquarters and local operations and effectively drive strategy execution.3. Industry ExperienceMinimum 2 years of after-sales management experience in the solar or inverter industry.4. Localized Operational CapabilityFamiliarity with India's service market, customer behavior, and business ecosystem.Demonstrated experience in building localized service systems from scratch (0 to 1).5. Language & Location RequirementsStrong communication skills in both English and Chinese, to coordinate with headquarters and local customers.Willingness to be based in India long-term, with occasional travel to Shenzhen as required.
