Pharmacovigilance Business Analyst Leader

Senior Business Analyst - PharmacovigilanceWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Pharmacovigilance systems to lead system functionality enhancements and solutioning for Signal Management and Risk Management platforms.Leadership RoleOversee the development of system requirements, data flows, interface specifications, and functional design documents.Drive solution architecture discussions with IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Process Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Signal Management processes including detection, triage, validation, evaluation, prioritization, and aggregate reporting.Risk Management: Collaborate on the creation and implementation of Risk Management Plans (RMP) and associated PV risk mitigation workflows.Collaboration & GovernanceAct as a liaison between IT, PV operations, QA, and product vendors.Provide mentorship/functional guidance to junior BAs and technical team members.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 12+ years total experience, with at least 8+ years in Pharmacovigilance IT / techno-functional roles.Strong hands-on experience with ArisG Advanced Signals and PV safety systems.Proven expertise in drafting system requirements, data flows, interface specifications, and functional design documents.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.Chance to develop leadership skills and mentor junior team members.Others:Competitive compensation package.Comprehensive benefits program.
