About the Team Foundations team collaborates with a network of global philanthropic foundations, alongside multilateral aid agencies, aiming to inform, influence, and profoundly impact social and environmental outcomes resulting from their investments in diverse sectors such as education, child development, gender, health, and more. Our primary focus is on catalyzing ecosystem transformation by rigorously solving problems, formulating strategic solutions which are logically sound, effective on the ground and ensuring all stakeholders are effectively engaged while their interests are covered. The OpportunityAs an Intern in the Foundations team, you will be an integral part of a team that designs and builds solutions that best address our clients' needs and create measurable impact. As an Intern, you will get an opportunity to work alongside individuals/teams on research, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, program strategy and/or implementation.Key responsibilitiesSupport in drafting a detailed project report, ensuring clarity, coherence, and academic rigour.Conduct literature reviews and integrate references following academic standards.Ensure grammar, language, and formatting consistency across the report.Assist in structuring content to effectively convey project insights compellingly and professionally.(Desired, not required) Contribute to improving the visual presentation and design aesthetics of the report.Key qualifications and experiencesUndergraduate degree with at least 2 internship experiences preferably in with non-profits/research advisory firms/social enterprises/consulting firmsStrong academic writing and research skills, with prior experience in preparing reports, dissertations, or research papers.Familiarity with academic referencing styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).Attention to detail in language, grammar, and formatting.Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, structured writing.Subject knowledge on Agriculture and ecology will have added advantage We cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our employees and reinforce diversity in our workplace.
