We’re Hiring: Modern Trade Manager – FMCG (Tea)

Location: Mumbai (with regional responsibilities across Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP).

We are looking for a dynamic Modern Trade Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP region . If you have a passion for FMCG, strong account management expertise, and a knack for building long-term customer relationships, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Modern Trade strategies & annual business plans .
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent growth.
  • Manage key accounts & trading terms with leading retailers.
  • Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns for higher visibility.
  • Analyze market trends & sales performance to drive profitability.
  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team .

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to Modern Trade.
  • Proven track record in key account management & regional sales (Maharashtra, Gujarat & MP).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills .
  • Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver sales growth .
  • Graduation / MBA in Marketing or Sales (Certifications in Sales/Problem Solving are a plus).
