Lead Data StrategistWe are seeking an experienced Lead Data Strategist to drive our Data and Analytics initiatives in the Life Sciences industry. This role will require strong architectural leadership, technical delivery, and client-facing skills.The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing end-to-end data platforms, building scalable solutions on cloud platforms, and creating data models. They should also be familiar with pharma datasets, regulated data environments, and business processes within the pharma value chain.Design and implement data platform architectures using leading cloud platforms.Create data models and integrate pharma datasets from various sources.Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.Conduct design reviews, guide development teams, and ensure solution quality.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles.At least 5 years of experience working in the Biotech/Pharma Industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units.Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms and services including AWS and Azure.Desirable SkillsExperience with GenAI, ML pipelines, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector DBs.Master Data Management (MDM) experience.Cloud/Data certifications.CI/CD, Terraform, containerization, and deep understanding of specific business processes within the pharma value chain.
