Lead Analytics StrategistWe are seeking a seasoned Lead Analytics Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate ML solutions into our existing technology stack. You will analyze and optimize the performance of our existing ML models, leveraging techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning to achieve better results.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing ML/DL models to address complex business problems.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements and develop integrated ML solutions.Analyzing and improving the performance of existing ML models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques.Required Skills8+ years of working experience in ML & DL.Technical background.Production projects experience.Proven experience in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers.Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI.Experience with development tools such as Git and version control.Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow etc. to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
