Senior Data ScientistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and fine-tuning advanced transformer-based models, with a strong background in multimodal AI and model optimization.The successful candidate will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality. They will also design automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring, and experiment with audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment.In addition to their technical expertise, the Senior Data Scientist will bring a high level of adaptability and willingness to run rapid experiments. They will work closely with our world-class AI & product team to deliver cutting-edge initiatives across sports, media, entertainment, and other domains.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy advanced transformer-based models for generative AI applicationsDesign and implement automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoringExperiment with new techniques and architectures for multimodal AICollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsRequirements:4-10 years of experience in applied ML/AIStrong fundamentals in transformers, training dynamics, and optimizationHands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlowDeep expertise in one modality (audio/video/text) with real end-to-end project workExperience deploying ML inference using FastAPI or similarAbility to design automated evaluation metrics for generative outputWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageThe opportunity to work with a world-class AI & product teamAccess to cutting-edge technologies and toolsA fast-paced and dynamic work environment
