With a footprint in 50+ countries, they empower businesses to evolve with cutting-edge technologies and industry-specific solutions.Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced Data Analyst with strong exposure to Azure data platforms, Databricks, and SQL. The ideal candidate will bring deep banking data experience and end-to-end data product implementation knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build scalable data pipelines and modelsAnalyze complex data sets and present actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on data initiativesEnsure high-quality data governance and compliance practicesBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS using Power BI or similar toolsMandatory Skills✔ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and Azure ✔ Minimum 3 years in banking data (Retail, Business, or Wholesale products) ✔ Expertise in data visualization using Power BI / Business Objects / Crystal ✔ Strong grasp of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts ✔ Proficiency in SQL and Python (SAS/R/Spark is a plus) ✔ Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats (JSON, Parquet, Avro, XML) ✔ Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance ✔ Experience with distributed data processing (e.g., Apache Spark) ✔ Must have deployed end-to-end data productsImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 6 years of total experienceYou do not have experience with Databricks or AzureYou have never worked with banking dataYou are on a notice period longer than 30 daysYou are looking for 100% remote (this role is Hybrid in Chennai/Tamil Nadu)You lack hands-on experience with SQL + Python + Visualization tools✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL mandatory criteria above.
