Designation: Senior Manager / AVP – Transaction

Multiple Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, NCR


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Looking for a commercial real estate expert who can assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interaction, participate in proposal discussions.
  • Nurture & lead the team to achieve business goals.
  • Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase for customers.
  • Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence.
  • Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments.
  • Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery. Help achieve timely submission by understanding client’s objectives and aligning the same with proper coordination to business leads.

  • Graduate with a 5+ years of experience commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
  • Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities.
  • Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios
