Department: Core Infrastructure – Virtualization, Compute & Storage (VCS) Operations Reports To: Manager, VCS Operations Job Type: Contract Required Qualifications 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 4 years dedicated to VDI engineering. Expert-level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon), including Instant Clones, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM). Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management. Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE, thin clients, and hybrid laptop–VDI architectures. Familiarity with monitoring and support platforms such as Aria and DEX. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale VDI deployments and optimizing system performance. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
