Lead a team of data scientists to drive data-driven decision-making and develop advanced analytical models.Key Responsibilities:Mentor, lead, and develop a team of data scientists.Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning in the team.Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and contribute to strategic goals.Oversee machine learning model development and ensure best practices in data modeling, coding, and experimental design.Work closely with business leaders to translate their needs into actionable data science initiatives.Communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and measure their impact.Evaluate and refine models based on performance data.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data science or related fields and 3+ years of leadership or management experience within a data science team.Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
