Job Summary:The role of a Cloud Platform Specialist involves owning and maintaining the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring high availability of the cloud platform, and managing software deployments into cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deliveryOversee the deployment of software applications to cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtimeMaintain a secure and compliant cloud platform by implementing security best practices and adhering to industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvements to the cloud infrastructureTechnical Requirements:Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure, load balancing, containers, virtual machines, disaster recovery, and high availabilityProficiency in CI/CD tools, such as JenkinsFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or AnsibleStrong understanding of security practices, including vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT), hardening, and code scanningWorking Conditions:Work will be conducted in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
