Requirements

Weare seeking an SAP ChaRM Support Specialist to provide ongoingsupport for SAP ChaRM issues and ensure the smooth operation ofchange management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in troubleshooting and resolving ChaRMrelated issuesassisting users and managing changedocuments.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Supportand Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAPChaRM issues troubleshoot and resolve problems related to ChaRMconfigurations andprocesses.

  • UserAssistance: Assist users with questions and problemsrelated to the ChaRM tool offering solutions and guidance asneeded.

  • ChangeManagement: Manage the status changes of change documents(CDs) and oversee the deployment of changes to the productionenvironment.

  • Configuration:Configure the SAP Transport Management System (STMS) routes fortransporting changes betweensystems.

  • PerformanceManagement: Address and resolve performance issuesrelated to Solution Manager (Solman) and ChaRM. Perform regularmaintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of SolutionManager andChaRM.

  • HealthChecks: Conduct health checks and monitor the performanceof Solution Manager to ensure optimaloperation.

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience with SAP ChaRM and SolutionManager.
  • Strong problemsolvingskills and the ability to troubleshoot complexissues.
  • Experience in configuringSAP Transport Management System (STMS)routes.
  • Excellent communicationskills to assist and guide userseffectively.
  • Ability to performregular maintenance and health checks on SAPsystems.
