Key Responsibilities : Digital Asset Creation : Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including websites, landing pages, emails, display ads, social media graphics, and banner ads.
Branding & Visual Identity : Collaborate with the branding team to maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Collaborative Design Process : Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create creative solutions that align with business goals and meet project deadlines.
User-Centered Design : Ensure designs are intuitive and user-friendly, optimizing for accessibility and a seamless experience across all platforms.
Motion Design & Animation : Create animated graphics, GIFs, and video content to enhance digital campaigns and bring dynamic elements to life.
Responsive Web Design : Design responsive and adaptive websites and digital assets for an optimal viewing experience across devices and screen sizes.
Trend Awareness : Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring innovative, fresh ideas to the team.
Required Skills : Creativity & Attention to Detail : Strong creative vision and the ability to deliver visually stunning designs with meticulous attention to detail.
Typography & Layout : Expertise in typography, composition, and design principles to create visually appealing and effective digital content.
Responsive Design : Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring designs are responsive and provide an optimal user experience.
UX Knowledge : Understanding of user experience design principles, with the ability to create interfaces that are intuitive and engaging.
Motion Graphics & Animation : Ability to create animated elements, including GIFs, micro-interactions, and video content, using After Effects or similar tools.
Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Adaptability : A passion for learning new tools, techniques, and staying on top of industry trends.
Software & Tools Knowledge : Adobe Creative Suite : Expert proficiency in Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , and After Effects for digital design and animation.
Sketch or Figma : Proficiency in designing responsive interfaces and digital assets using Sketch , Figma , or similar tools.
Web Design Tools : Knowledge of HTML , CSS , and web design principles for creating responsive assets and understanding basic front-end requirements.
Motion Design : Proficient in After Effects , Premiere Pro , or other motion graphics tools to create compelling animations and dynamic content.
Prototyping Tools : Familiarity with tools like InVision , Adobe XD , or Proto.io for prototyping and creating interactive user flows.
CMS Knowledge : Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) for digital content management is a plus.
Office & Collaboration Tools : Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for project management and team collaboration.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3+ years of proven experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio that showcases web design, social media content, digital ads, and motion graphics.
Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of design principles, UX/UI, and web accessibility.
Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills : Basic knowledge of front-end web development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO best practices, and how design integrates with campaigns.
Experience with video editing or 3D design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a bonus.
Knowledge of brand strategy and how design contributes to long-term brand growth.
