Job Summary:Oxyzem Creative Agency is seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through dynamic visuals, combining design, animation, and motion to bring concepts to life. The role involves creating visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of media, including digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and video content.

Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, videographers, and marketers, to develop visually engaging content.Design and animate 2D and 3D graphics, typography, and visual effects.Edit video content, integrating motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.Maintain a deep understanding of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to innovate and improve visual outputs.Work on tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and delivering polished results.Optimize motion graphics for various platforms, ensuring proper resolution, frame rates, and quality.Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide creative ideas and input on projects.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animations.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other motion graphics/3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual design, and typography.Familiarity with video editing and sound design principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills (Optional):Knowledge of scripting and automation for After Effects.Experience with UI/UX motion design or interactive media.Familiarity with AR/VR motion graphics.
