We have our own Sustainability Platform (Web Based Tool) and several large clients across varios industry sectors who are being supported on ESG Frameworks and Reporting.


We are looking for an Experienced Business Development Specialist in Delhi to join our team.

The Consultant will work from our Indian Office and support the team to grow our client base and operations in India. The Consultant may require to travel to our Dubai office to meet and engage with our team at times for training and reporting meetings.

You should have at least 10 years of experience in ESG and business development in India - this role is not intended for entry level candidates.



Responsibilities

  • The main role will be sourcing and growing our client base in the region in the area of Sustainability / ESG / Decarbonization / Sustainable Finance.
  • Typical clients will include Large Private Companies, Governments, Public Companies, MSMEs who seek ESG Services.
  • Ensure approaching ALL entities who need to report on BRSR
  • Engage with large industrial clients for CBAM and other similar certification requirements
  • Coordinate on pricing, proposals, strategic agreements with large accounts.
  • Calling, meeting new clients, pitching our services, including the global teams on calls and meetings, updating the HQ on progress.
  • The consultant will need to coordinate with our team to ensure correct deliverables for our ESG projects.
  • There will be regular meetings to discuss the requirements, deliverables with sufficient training provided to complete the same.
  • The work will involve liaising with Clients Personnel, service providers and government bodies to ensure completion of the projects in a timely manner.
  • The work will require daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the project team and coordination of works as established by the company.
  • The consultant should be able to translate the clients and projects requirements into clear deliverables and plan the project schedule and resource requirement.
  • An advanced level of understanding of global sustainability trends, protocols, policies and regulations is required.


Qualifications

  • The most important aspect is exceptional writen and spoken English
  • Engineering or Sustainability background
  • Prior Experience of working on Sustainability Projects
  • GRI Certified
  • Sustainability Reporting
  • GARP – SCR Certification
