Job Summary
You will be aligned with our Content, Solutions and Research Team at Amity Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and help us in dealing with the end-to-end content creation based on research which is the core to our training solutions offerings to our clients.
As part of the Content, Solutions and Research team, you will develop training assets that range from classroom, virtual, self-paced & digital as per the client requirement. This includes identifying training needs, conducting Learning Needs Analysis, writing high-level design, creating prototypes, developing content using prescribed tools, maintaining quality standards, conducting pilot runs, and delivering final output to the client or the internal teams within the set standards of quality, timeline and cost.
You will need to develop learning activities and supporting materials (for instructor-led training, web-based training, application simulations & performance simulations) according to the content design plan.
You shall also be writing research-based articles / posts / blogs to help Digital Presence Team to establish brand AITD in the digital world.
What would you be doing?
· Create new training solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
· Design new training solutions offering and customise our existing products as per the set standards to meet internal team and client needs.
· Analyse and solve complex problems for training at client level.
· Create world-class learning and participant’s experiences that are proven to change businesses as well as the people who work in them.
· Incorporate up-to-date research and psychology and learning theory developments in all your work.
· Evaluate the impact of solutions and continuously improve them.
· Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
About you:
- An experienced L&D professional with exposure to end-to-end training program delivery
- A psychologist or enthusiast observer of human behaviour with some experience of working such as researching, designing training, and/or human capital management interventions
- An out of the box thinker and someone who is creative enough to have the ability to engage an audience.
- A facilitator who has strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
- Someone who has strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills.
- An eager person who is enthusiastic and passionate about developing individuals, specifically the customers they serve.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of work experience in HR / L&D function in an organisation.
- MBA / MA Psychology / PhD (Completed or in process) is preferred
