💻 Position: Senior Manager - Brand & Strategy 📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore 🗓️ Working Days: Monday- Friday 📌 Experience Required: 6+ years (3+ in brand management)🤝 Client: Smart kitchen appliance brand 💸 Salary: upto 22L Key Responsibilities Define and strengthen brand foundations — positioning, identity, brand book. Ensure communication consistency: every pixel, every word = brand-worthy. Ideate and run campaigns that cut through the clutter. Use data and research to spot emerging trends before they peak. Build brand love so that Beyond becomes a household name. What We’re Looking For A bias for action, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and willingness to get your hands dirty Understands branding basics (JTBD, brand track, recall metrics). Has taken a brand through the journey before Can manage agencies and get hands dirty. Speaks to customers, not just through PPTs. Balances 0→1 scrappiness with 1→100 scalability.
