The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing our partnership strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company goals.IDentify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Define KPIs and track performance, providing insights and refining partnership strategies.Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B)Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
