Job SummaryAssist the Vice President - Performance Marketing for a direct-to-consumer brand in developing and executing Amazon PPC campaigns to drive return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Key Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns across geographies.Maintain ROI/ROAS targets and own the performance marketing profit and loss statement.Lead a team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.Create automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends, optimizing advertising metrics such as conversion rates, bid strategies, impression shares, etc.Optimize conversions by analyzing relevant search terms using tools like Helium and targeting relevant audiences.Pursue partnerships with Amazon to create competitive joint business plans, demand-side platforms, etc.Analyze competitor strategy and marketing benchmarks, conduct market research for new product ideas and category trends.Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory planners, brand marketers, supply chain, etc., to enhance customer experience.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in Amazon advertising (AMS).Experience in owning the Amazon marketing profit and loss statement.Preference given to candidates with experience in the baby category.
