Spandana Hospital, based in Bangalore, is part of the Hospital Health Care industry.Job OverviewSpandana Hospital is seeking a Junior Duty Doctor to join our healthcare team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires the ability to effectively manage patient care in acute situations while maintaining high standards of clinical practice.Qualifications and SkillsAcute Care Management (Mandatory skill) Ability to handle and oversee patients with acute illness and ensure proper care is administered promptly.Patient Assessment (Mandatory skill) Skilled in conducting thorough and efficient patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (Mandatory skill) Proficient in using electronic medical records systems for documentation and information retrieval.Clinical Decision Making Adept at making quick and accurate clinical decisions under pressure while ensuring patient safety and quality care.Emergency Response Techniques Capable of effectively responding to emergencies using best practice techniques to stabilize patients.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified in BLS, demonstrating the ability to perform lifesaving interventions in case of cardiac emergencies.Team Coordination Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.Patient Communication Excellent communication skills for relaying critical medical information to patients and families clearly and compassionately.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality medical care to inpatients and outpatients as per the hospital protocols.Assess patients health conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with medical specialists for comprehensive care.Monitor patients' progress, document medical information, and adjust treatments based on patient responsiveness.Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies, providing appropriate emergency care.Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records and reports through EMR systems.Maintain clear communication with other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.Engage in continuous medical education and training to stay updated with advancements in medical practice and emergency techniques.Comply with all healthcare regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for staff and patients.
