Quality Assurance ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to join our team. As a QA Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software applications.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Documentation: Analyze business requirements and technical specifications. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify test scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing.Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases. Validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications. Document test results and log defects in the tracking system.Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects through resolution. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues. Retest fixes and ensure proper resolution.Quality Control & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC process. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings. Recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.Collaboration & Communication: Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, and project managers. Provide regular updates on testing status and risks.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with test management tools.Hands-on experience in manual testing.Basic understanding of automation tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
