Legal Compliance Manager RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal Compliance Manager to oversee our end-to-end legal operations in India and the US, handling contract management, compliance governance, and notices.Key Responsibilities:Entity Compliance ManagementManage statutory and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act in India. Liaise with US registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state compliance.Maintain a master compliance calendar across all three entities.Contract Management and NegotiationDraft, vet, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting Agreements.Support the Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with ASC 606 / GDPR / data-protection obligations.Legal Coordination and Advisory ServicesWork with external counsel (India/US/NZ) for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Provide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.Governance and Internal Policy DevelopmentDraft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policies.Maintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documents.Qualifications and Skills RequiredOur ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of legal frameworks, contract management, and governance principles.
