About the role

We’re looking for a rockstar Product Manager who wants to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product, scoping, planning, positioning, pricing, requirements, roadmap development, prioritization, execution, and product launch
- Translate product plans into detailed engineering requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Talk and interact with customers to understand their requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, customer success, design, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, while ensuring adherence to timelines
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates us from different competitors and other point solutions available in the market
- Ideate, appraise, and execute new product features by running pilot & beta programs
- Define, measure, and improve metrics that assess product performance and success

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant Product management experience in Series B or C stage, B2B Sales SaaS companies
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Proven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, especially while working with Engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Product design, Strategy, etc is required. Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
