The role requires around 10 years’ experience in SAP ERP Maintenance & support. Role and responsibilities include but not limited to:Overall support and stability of SAP ERP system Proactively ensure ERP is working within the bounds of the terms of the agreement. Analyze incident data and recommend preventive actions Collaborate with business functions ensure business demands are managed appropriately Collaborate with SAP & manage the environment inclusive of outages, maintenance, and overall system health Collaborate with business support applications partners and ensure the stability of applications that are integrated with SAP ERP system Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through the use of best practices Maintains the highest ethical personal and professional standardsQualification & skills: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant academic disciplines Should be settled in Chennai Strong experience in SAP ERP support & maintenance in medium organization(s). Expertise in one or more of cross functional modules of SAP FICO, MM, SD, PS and technical knowledge in ABAP for report development Must have worked as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant having hands-on experience in Maintenance and Support Production support and system enhancement experience Should have good problem solving and troubleshooting skills Should have experience managing stakeholders like business users, management and vendor partners Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Experience in IT Infrastructure (Hardware & Software) is an added advantage  We are looking to hire for this role on an urgent basis.
